In Nottingham’s Historic Lace Market area stands the National Justice Museum, situated within the grade II* listed Shire Hall, a building we have recently worked on.
On the main roof of Shire Hall there are large sections of lead, both on the flat walkways as well as on the court roof. In places, the lead had worn away or had become detached leaving unprotected patches. New Lead was introduced and was secured to the roof pitch and to the gutters. As can be seen in the photographs.
